The Labor candidate for Bega in the upcoming March state election Leanne Atkinson took time out of her busy Campaign schedule to visit Hope House on Sunday afternoon.
Ms Atkinson met with Hope House Manager Shirley Diskon and members of the Community Life board as well as residence of Hope House. She has made a commitment to pursue funding for Hope House and has described the facility as vital for the Eurobodalla Shire. Ms Atkinson has indicated she will be Talking to various Shadow Ministers over the coming weeks and will meet again with the Hope House Manager early in the new year. The residence have offered to cook ahead of her next visit so a yummy afternoon tea is assured.
