If you wish to support or object to a proposal, please forward a written submission to council clearly explaining your reasons. The applicant has the right to be informed of the grounds of any submission and may also seek access to the documents. If you make a submission you must disclose any political donations or gifts made by you within two years prior to the lodgement of this application. Disclosure forms are available at council's customer service centre or on the website. Disclosure includes all reportable political donations made to any local councillors of council; all gifts made to any local councillors or employees of council.
