South Coast Tourism Industry Seminar

The NSW Business Chamber’s Tourism Industry division is proud to present this industry seminar for tourism operators of all sizes, designed to provide you with practical tips, tactics and planning insights in digital marketing and consumer research.

You will also find out how you can develop a competitive advantage by committing to a national quality program and join the debate about the latest tourism policy issues effecting your business and the South Coast region.

The seminar will have a number of guest speakers covering topics such as:

  • The difference between average and best online – which is your business?

  • Understanding the consumer path to purchase

  • How to create a point of difference by committing to quality

  • Overview of local and state tourism policy issues

  • The role of the NSW Business Chamber and how they can help There will also be a Q&A panel consisting tourism staff from Eurobodalla Tourism, Sapphire Coast Tourism and the NSW Business Chamber.
