Where is Kotvojs on the Liberal Spectrum

While voters might think they are voting for a "Liberal' candidate most are not aware that Liberals come in various forms that see them being the Moderates, the Hard Right and the smaller Centre Right. Moderates are economically conservative, but progressive on social and environmental policies. Malcolm Turnbull was a proud Moderate. Moderates are the biggest faction Right wing Liberals are much like Tony Abbott with his record of pushing development of gas and opposing higher carbon emissions reduction targets. The hard right is dominated by conservative Catholics. The centre right are more closely aligned with Pentecostal and Protestant churches. So where does Fiona Kotvojs stand? If elected will she be a Hard Right supporter of Dominic Perrottet. He seems very keen on her with his endorsements. Or will she be a Moderate Central Liberal with the endorsement of one-time moderate Liberal Andrew Constance. Scott Morrison is a Moderate and he has shown his endorsement of Andrew Constance as a Federal candidate. What is evident with the local Liberal Candidate is that she is a fence sitter that doesn't allow voters the opportunity to see who, in parliament, she would back in her own team that is in fact factionalised into three bickering subtribes. So if you are a Liberal voter be sure to ask yourself "What will Fiona Kotvojs stand with if elected, the Moderates, the Centre Right, or will she be a vote for the Right that have policies that are not necessarily all that liberal." Before you leap up and down and declare the above biased be aware that the same factionalism can be found in the Labor party. So there is much more to consider when voting for a major party. If you have an opinion around euthanasia, abortion, religious freedoms in schools, LGBTI recognitions and more socialism rather than privatisation you might like to do a bit more research as to where your elected candidate, Liberal or Labor, might put their vote. The Greens and other parties are not mentioned here however you are encouraged to research those groups as well.
