An unfortunate accident this morning saw a car, driven by an elderly driver, slam into Burson's Auto Parts in Batemans Bay.

The newly acquired business was open at the time but fortunately no-one was hurt and the driver was able to walk away.

There is structural damage however. The Auto Parts store will be returning to trade in a day or so.

The NSW SES Moruya Unit and local builder Matt Vidgen have now made sound the building.
