Moruya students call for a stop to Climate Change

In support of the global movement "school strike for climate" the Moruya High school prefect group hosted a picnic during their school lunchtime with attendees invited to join in a 'walkout' to the council chambers in their school Periods 5 and 6, from 1:35 pm onwards. What followed next was Moruya school history in the making with a solid and vocal turnout of Primary and High School students assembling to present a letter to Eurobodalla Council's General Manager Catherine Dale before continuing their march to the rotunda of Russ Martin Park enjoying the tooting of horns and support shown by shoppers along Vulcan Street.
