Do you want to have a say about the design of the foreshore area around the new bridge? A Muddy Puddles Volunteer is one of several community members on the Batemans Bay Foreshore Advisory Committee established to look at what facilities and features might be put in place around the new bridge. Representing the community the Muddy Puddle volunteer is keen to hear community views, particularly views on the accessibility of the area and its facilities. In particular they encourage feedback on Korners Park on the northern foreshore which will have a new parking and bbq area, new children's playground and a new toilet block. They ask "Have you got any suggestions on making this area accessible? "Have you got any comment on how the bridge will be accessed by pedestrians? "What sort of family-focussed facilities would you like to see provided on the southern foreshore, close to where the bridge meets the foreshore?- Is there anything else you would like to raise, or would like more information about?"
