Bay Theatre Players next play reading evening, on Wednesday, January 16th, will feature Noel Coward’s ‘Nude with Violin’, described as a satire on modern art, criticism, artistic pretension and the value placed on art. The original London production, which opened in 1956, was considered most successful, running for more than a year.
BTP stalwart, Matt Burgess, most recently seen in last year’s ‘A Murder is Announced’ and who will be well-remembered for his appearance as Warbucks in BTP’s production of ‘Annie’, will host the evening. Interested? Please come along to this ‘comedy of manners’, read, listen or just eat some chocolate cake! Everyone is welcome. The reading kicks off in the Gregory Street Playhouse Foyer at 7 pm. All welcome.
