URGENT: South Coast Police District NSW Police Force media release


BATEMANS BAY

South Coast Police are seeking information from the public regarding an incident that occurred in the central business district Batemans Bay today.

Shortly before 12 midday 27 December 2018, a male entered a pharmacy in Orient Street, Batemans Bay.

He threatened staff with a hammer and took off with a quantity of prescription drugs.

The male fled in a vehicle that travelled south in Orient Street.

The male is described as 175- 183 centimetres tall, solid build, unshaven, wearing a white T-shirt.

The vehicle may be a white Hyundai sedan with interstate plates possibly QGK 929 or similar registration and black wheels. There may be a dog inside.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333000 or Batemans Bay Detectives on 44720099.

The public should not approach the person or vehicle if sighted.
