"It's In The Bag" Just one week left to be part of this terrific community campaign

"It's In The Bag" appeal is currently underway for 2018. ONLY ONE WEEK LEFT to be involved in this great initiative for Xmas that supports homeless/struggling women, teenagers and new mums in our LOCAL area.

All you need to do is 1. GRAB A BAG (even one you don’t need anymore) 2. Fill it with ESSENTIALS plus some little extras if you like 3. DROP IT OFF at Bunnings Batemans Bay collection point until 2nd December. 3 types of bags - WOMENS bag, or TEEN bag (tie a yellow ribbon on it) or NAPPY bag (tie a purple ribbon on it). Even if you can't put together a bag, but would like to drop off some (new) essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, tampons/pads, maternity pads, breast pads, baby shampoo, baby wash, newborn nappies, baby wipes, something special for baby! (See pic below)

They did mention that they are a bit light on nappy bags Eurobodalla volunteers have been busy collecting, sorting and delivering to our local charities this week saying "Eurobodalla has really been very generous." Often accompanying the very generous donations people have included lovely cards with very kind words of encouragement. This is the second year Bunnings have provided great support in being the collection point, and we have already commenced delivering to our local charities, who have been very grateful. NOTE: Comments were TRIALED - in the end it failed as humans will be humans and it turned into a pile of merde; only contributed to by just a handful who did little to add to the conversation of the issue at hand. Anyone who would like to contribute an opinion are encouraged to send in a Letter to the Editor where it might be considered for publication
