Club Catalina announced as a finalist in NSW Tourism Awards



Congratulations to Club Catalina for being the only finalist south of Milton to make it through to the NSW Gala event that will determine the NSW winners of each category to go on to contest Australia wide. The NSW Tourism Awards finalists were announced on 15th October 2018 Of the 27 categories spanning Major Tourist Attractions, Tourist Attractions, Major Festivals and Events, Ecotourism, Cultural Tourism,Visitor Information Services, Adventure Tourism, Destination Marketing, Tourism Restaurants and Catering Services and Caravan & Holiday Parks to name but a few the Catalina Country Club was announced as a finalist in the Tourist Attractions division: Club Catalina Country Club (Southern NSW) Forestry Corporation of NSW - Sealy Lookout, Orara East State Forest (North Coast NSW) Hello Koalas Sculpture Trail (North Coast NSW) Mayfield Garden (Country & Outback NSW) Oakvale Wildlife Park (Sydney Surrounds North) Outback Astronomy (Country & Outback NSW) Rich River Golf Club Ltd (Riverina Murray NSW) Siding Spring Observatory (Country & Outback NSW) The 2018 NSW Tourism Awards that will determine if Club Catalina win their category will be held at the Big Top, Luna Park Sydney on Thursday 22 November NSW category winners may progress to the Qantas Australian Tourism Awards to be judged against finalists from each State and Territory. Now in its 29th year, the NSW Tourism Awards acknowledge and celebrate tourism excellence. The program rewards businesses that demonstrate significant achievement throughout the year. With 27 submission categories available, the awards showcase a variety of tourism products and businesses delivering outstanding service to guests in NSW.
