On Sunday 1 st July 2018 Batemans Bay Lions Club held a successful Charity Golf event at Club Catalina organised by Lion Brian McClifty and sponsored by 78 local businesses. Monies raised went to Batemans Bay District Hospital for the purchase of specialised theatre trolleys that also allowed for Ophthalmology procedures. With approval of our application for a grant to Lions Clubs NSW-ACT Public Health Care Foundation, we were able to purchase two theatre trolleys at a cost of $16,100.00.
