Hail winter dump for the Bay region

A trough over southern parts of the South Coast this afternoon bought a solid dump of hail to the Batemans Bay region from Surf Beach through Caseys beach and into the Bay generating serious thunderstorm activity that lingered enough to leave a thick layer of hail before moving offshore. ​Images below by K.
