Changed Traffic Conditions On Princes Highway, South Of Dignams Creek

Motorists are advised of changed traffic conditions from June 25th on the Princes Highway one kilometre south of Dignams Creek Road for essential improvement work

Roads and Maritime Services will carry out the work, which involves upgrading the road surface on a 500 metre section of the existing highway south of Dignams Creek Road.

Work will start on Monday 25 June and will be carried out between 7am and 6pm during the week and between 8am and 1pm on Saturdays. Work is expected to be completed by Friday 6 July, weather permitting.

For the safety of workers and motorists, traffic will be reduced to one lane with a speed limit of 40 km/h in place throughout the work zone. Both lanes will be reopened to traffic outside of working hours.

Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions and allow up to five minutes additional travel time, and follow the directions of signs and traffic controllers.

Roads and Maritime thanks motorists for their patience during this time
