NPWS are currently undertaking fox baiting in Murramarang NP

Attn: Dog owners....Some advice from National Parks and Wildlife Service:

NPWS are currently undertaking fox baiting in Murramarang NP – this will be going on until December. There are signs up on major access roads and there are no baits within 500m of urban areas. Whilst dogs are not allowed in National Parks, if people illegally take dogs into the park or they are not able to keep their pets under control and they escape into the park, there is a risk of a bait being taken.

The alerts page for the national park is a good place to monitor activities and it can be found here:- Your Durras Community Association

NOTE: Comments were TRIALED - in the end it failed as humans will be humans and it turned into a pile of merde; only contributed to by just a handful who did little to add to the conversation of the issue at hand. Anyone who would like to contribute an opinion are encouraged to send in a Letter to the Editor where it might be considered for publication
