Guest Speaker from Eurobodalla Council attends BBay Evening View Club meeting

The last meeting of the Batemans Bay Evening View Club was on Wednesday 9 May at the Catalina Country Club. After a delicious meal our guest speaker, Mr Jack Tait, Councillor with the Eurobodalla Shire Council spoke on his experiences as a councillor. He gave us some insights into the working of the council and the amount of work and projects that are planned. He also spoke on the new bridges to be built at Nelligen and Batemans Bay. It was interesting to be able to listen to one of our councillors.

Jenny McCaskill was our member celebrating her birthday in the month of May. Two new members, Kathy Usher and Leslie Crompton were welcomed into the club and presented with their badges by President Julie Teer.

The next meeting of the Batemans Bay Evening View Club will be held on Wednesday 13 June 2018 at the Catalina Country Club at 6.00 pm for 6.30 pm with a two course meal at a cost of $28.00. Visitors and guests are always welcome to come and join everyone and enjoy an evening with women from all walks of life and listening to a great guest speaker. The guest speaker for June will be from Legacy. For all enquiries please contact Julie on 0408 215 553.
