Broulee Dolphins Access Rugby

Uniting Ability Links NSW have put together a terrific video about the Broulee Dolphins Access Rugby program.

The Dolphins Access Rugby is an initiative of the Broulee Dolphins Rugby Union Club. Launched in 2017, the Dolphins are a pioneer rugby team catered for kids of all abilities and ages.

What makes the program unique is that each player is paired with a peer mentor, which makes the training sessions more supportive, engaging and fun for each participant.

As they’re currently the only team of their kind in NSW, the Dolphins would love to see more access rugby teams formed throughout NSW and all of Australia so that all children have a chance to play rugby.

Ultimately, they hope this would result in new local teams to play against!

The Dolphins Access Rugby will be kicking off again in Term 2, 2018.

NOTE: Comments were TRIALED - in the end it failed as humans will be humans and it turned into a pile of merde; only contributed to by just a handful who did little to add to the conversation of the issue at hand.
