‘House on Fire’

The ‘House on Fire’ performances at the Bay Playhouse have been making a big impression on a very appreciative audience.

The delightful ensemble playing by a group of young women has charmed audience members who laugh along with the adventures and misadventures of the three Conway sisters and their friends and neighbours.

Seats are available now for this weekends last performances. You can buy your tickets from the Batemans Bay Newsagency or by phoning 4472 5811. All tickets are $18 and include a bonus light supper or afternoon tea.

Show dates are Friday, 27 October at 7.30 pm; and Saturday, 28 October at 2 pm and 7.30 pm.

‘House on Fire’ invites us into the Conway household where Michaela, played by Michaella Finch, who is charged with looking after the household by her absent father, tries in vain to stem the tide of disasters and at the same time tries desperately to complete her HSC revision.

And next door neighbour, India, played by Layissa Mugridge, at times attempts to help and at other times simply ‘stirs the pot’!

So come along and buy your tickets. There are only eight shows in total. Enjoy the show, drink some buck’s fizz and have a chat to the cast and crew afterwards.
