Charity Cricket Event - September 16th

A great day of cricket and community events is planned for the 16th September @ Batemans Bay Rugby Oval, Beach Road, Batemans Bay from 10am until late. The day will feature a cricket match between a Batemans Bay Cavaliers side (current and former residents) vs a traveling Bathurst St Pats side. This is the 2nd annual event, with the first event taking place in Bathurst last year. It is hoped that this will be an annual match to raise much needed money for MS research. This match is being supported and organised in conjunction with the Batemans Bay Boars Rugby Union Club.

If you can't make it on the day and would like to donate HERE IS THE LINK

The match is to raise some much needed funds for Multiple Sclerosis Research in Australia and have a great day of events planned, including: • Charity cricket match • Kids games and entertainment • Fundraising games and competitions • Music • Community fundraising stalls • Silent auction and raffle • Canteen and bar facilities • After-match function and dinner Last year they managed to raise $4500 for the Kiss Goodbye to MS Charity and this year they are aiming for the target of $10,000. An after-match function will be held in the Batemans Bay Rugby Clubhouse where players, families, friends and the community are welcome to join for dinner, entertainment, and games, with all proceeds going towards the KGTMS Charity Fundraiser.
