Finalists have been announced for the 2017 Eurobodalla Business Awards. Council’s business development team and Eurobodalla’s five Chambers of Commerce are working together to run the awards, which recognise the outstanding achievements of local businesses. Over the past three weeks a panel of judges has reviewed the awards’ 96 entries and determined the finalists across 12 categories, including leadership, start-ups, innovation, sustainability, customer service, accessibility, export and all-round business. Winners will be announced at a gala dinner in Batemans Bay on Saturday 12 August, after which winners in most categories will go on to represent Eurobodalla at the Far South Coast Regional Awards. If successful at the regional event, entrants will proceed to the NSW State Business Awards in Sydney in November. For details on the awards, including how to vote in the People’s Choice, or to buy tickets to the gala event on Saturday 12 August, visit the Eurobodalla Business Awards website eurobodallabusinessawards.com.au.
