Bay ActivePT will be holding a Birthday Beyond Blue Bash to help raise awareness for depression, anxiety, and suicide within our community. The day will be interactive and informative to help shed a light on these quite often dark issues. Including; guest speakers, interactive workshops, lunch and loads of fun!
The event will be held on Saturday 1st of July 2017 and all funds raised in the lead-up and on the day will be going to beyond blue. Mental health affects us all, whether it is a friend, family member or co-worker. Kate Webber Bay ActivePT is encouraging everyone to get come along and be apart of the day.
