Marine Rescue Batemans Bay call out to the Toll Gates


The ever vigilant Marine Rescue Batemans Bay received a call from the skipper of a vessel experiencing engine problems near the Tollgate Islands this morning approximately 10:30am. Rescue vessel BM20 responded promptly skippered by Eris Kennedy with crew of Peter Vark and Tom Czarnik. The vessel was taken under tow and returned to the Hanging Rock boat ramp shortly after midday.
