BRA DRIVE - supporting Uplift

Women In Business will be holding a stall at the Mothers Day Classic at Corrigans Beach on Mothers Day Sunday 14th May this will include their very popular BRA DRIVE - supporting Uplift. They are seeking donations of 2nd hand bras in good condition in all sizes, donations of new underwear for teenage girls and women, as well as sanitary items and soap for hygiene and washing. These items will be sent overseas to women in developing countries who are in need. It costs money to send these bras and items overseas so the Women In Business organisers are asking for a gold coin with your donation.....If you have no bras to donate then feel free to make a cash donation. Donations will be accepted at our stall at the Mothers Day Classic om May 14th. Other collection points have now also been organised throughout the Eurobodalla. You can donate in Moruya at MORUYA BOOKS OR SOUTH EAST RADIOLOGY You can donate in Batemans Bay at BATEHAVEN HARDWARE & GARDEN CENTRE OR MBC EMPLOYMENT OR at our stall at THE MOTHERS DAY CLASSIC SUNDAY 14TH MAY . Dont' forget your gold coin donation when you donate to assist with freight overseas. The Bra Drive was so successful last year that they would love to help more women this year. Uplift have a consignment of bras being delivered overseas at the end of June and Women In Business would love to a large number of bras collected by then ready for delivery. So if you have been meaning to clean out that underwear drawer for a while now, here is the perfect opportunity. Help us help Women. If you require any more info please call Megan Secretary for WIB on 0401 366 830.
