Use #myeurobodalla and win
Eurobodalla Shire Council is harnessing the power of social media to find out what residents love about Eurobodalla.
Throughout the month of January, community members can use #myeurobodalla on Instagram to show what they love about Eurobodalla and have a chance to win one of four prizes.
The images will help identify the community’s future aspirations for the review of Council’s Community Strategic Plan.
The final plan will articulate the community's main priorities and identify strategies for achieving the community’s shared goals.
The #myeurobodalla campaign has been going since mid-December and has already seen over 300 posts with the popular hashtag.
To be involved, residents simply need to post an image on Instagram that captures what they love about Eurobodalla.
The best images will win prizes from local businesses RegionX Kayaks, Single Fin Gypsy, the Rivermouth General Store and Downward Dog Co Café, and could be featured in the final plan.
Council staff are attending local markets and events this month to get feedback in person, and a short survey on Council’s website www.esc.nsw.gov.au and in local libraries is open until the end of January for you to share what you love about Eurobodalla, or join the conversation on yoursay.esc.nsw.gov.au Media Release
