Missing Bushwalker found


A missing bush walker from Murramarang National Park has been located safe and well. The 50-year-old man went missing whilst bushwalking on the Durras Mountain walking track about 6:40pm on Sunday 16 October 2016.

Officers attached to Shoalhaven Local Area Command were notified and commenced a search with the assistance of Rural Fire Brigade, SES and National Parks and Wildlife Services.

At 9.00am today (Monday 17 October 2016), Bawley Point Volunteer Rural Fire Brigade Officers located the man safe and well on Old Coast Road, Mount Durras.
