The Woolworths Basics Box is $80 inc. delivery and is a package that provides essential products to customers who are currently unable to visit Woolworths stores, including the elderly, people with a disability, those with compromised immunity and people in mandatory isolation.

The box helps provide meals, snacks and a few essential items for those in genuine need.

All NSW Seniors Card, Senior Savers and Companion Card holders are eligible for this Basics Box, and card numbers will be required to complete the order.

What is the Woolworths Basics Box?

It’s just that, the basics.

They’ve created the Woolworths Basics Box to help provide meals, snacks and a few essential items for those in genuine need. It’s not perfect - it doesn’t include everything and is likely to be different to what you’d normally buy. You’re also not able to choose, switch or select the products you’ll receive - but by removing choice we’re able to get more boxes to more vulnerable customers faster.

The list below is an example of what may be included in your Woolworths Basics Box. While some products will vary due to stock availability, we will always aim to provide a similar range of products. Unfortunately we are currently unable to cater for specific dietary requirements.

A limit of 2 boxes per customer, per fortnight applies.
