Winter Appeal for clothing and needs

Like many across the country Eurobodalla and the South Coast families are doing it hard. Here is a little reminder that we have some wonderful agencies who collect and distribute pre-loved items across the region that are generously donated by the public. The Salvation Army Family Store in Batemans Bay is one such outlet with all profits made through their store go to funding local Salvation Army programs and services. For those who are doing it tough, pre-loved furniture, clothing and goods donated to their store is distributed free of charge to those in need through The Salvation Army’s community programs.

All their stores sell quality used goods, including furniture, clothing and shoes, homewares and books. You can find a second-hand or vintage piece at an affordable price while helping to raise funds to support their vital work in the community.

You can help our community members, and the environment, by donating your quality used clothing, furniture and homewares to The Salvation Army Family Stores. You can phone your local Salvation Army Family Store on 02 4472 9006 to see what kind of donations are needed and how you can donate?

You can also drop your blankets along with men's, women's and children's jackets, jumpers, and long sleeves in all sizes at any Vinnies shop during trading hours. Every donation big or small to Vinnies has a big impact to your local community and allows us to provide vital services.
