A timely reminder from Bega Valley Shire Council
👱🏼♀️ 👱🏼WHEN YOU NEED MORE THEN A MATE.
The distress being felt across our community right now is natural. 2020 has presented challenges that have changed lives and placed added pressure on people and communities.
Much strength and good will has come from the days and nights we have faced together but a great deal of healing and renewal is underway.
Some people will need help at different times during the months ahead, that’s normal and to be expected. Friends, family and community contacts can be the best support.
Adding to that are a host of mental well being services you can access.
Your local doctor is a good place to start and can develop a Mental Health Treatment Plan through Medicare, linking you to mental health clinicians and services.
