When NSW state reaches 80 per cent double-dose vaccine coverage.

The first phase commences on the Monday after New South Wales reaches 70 per cent double dose coverage of the eligible population ( expected to be on October 11th).

The 2nd phase when the state reaches 80 per cent double-dose vaccine coverage will enable double vaccinated to be able to freely travel to the regions.
