Council will soon be upgrading the toilets at Clive Court Tuross Head (Tuross Main Beach).
The works will be undertaken by Council’s carpentry construction team and Council anticipates the work will commence September 2019.
The aim of the project is to improve the safety, security and amenity of the area for the patrons in and around the toilets.
The works will include complete demolition of the existing toilet block, importing fill to raise the levels, then construction of a new facility. The new amenities will include male and female toilets, an accessible toilet fully compliant for use by people with disabilities, and a storage area for the summer lifeguards.

The duration of the project is expected to be approximately 14 weeks and during this time, alternative temporary toilets will be put in place.
