Tuross is looking terrific thanks to Council's Parks crews

John Tilbrook of the Tuross Head Progress Association said "Apart from all of the splendid infrastructure projects underway around Tuross, including the final stages of the District Level upgrade to the Evans Park recreational facilities and childrens playground equipment, the Council work crews have just restenciled all of the pedestrian safety logos along the length of the shared cyclewalk arund the village, see below."

The Parks crew have also carried out the annual weather treatment to the timber at One Tree Point with work to begin shortly on the timber walkway section at Nelson Parade.

"Council have also replaced the red lidded refuse bin adjacent to the pathway at Stoney Beach car park that disappeared over the last long weekend in June.  Now persons parked in this precinct and picnicking can once again make their decision to either toss their rubbish on the ground alongside their vehicles, or choose to walk the 10 meters to the refuse bin."
