An initiative put together by Tuross Head businesses is bringing a smile to visitors and to the local economy.
Sixteen local Tuross Head businesses have come together to offer holiday makers to the town a discount voucher booklet that offers everything from a free bottle of wine with a meal to discounts for beauty treatments, complimentary drinks and coffees, meats, takeaways, restaurants and cafes, fishing supplies and gift wares.
The voucher books are available to those holiday makers who:
Book their accommodation WITH the town's main holiday providers and stay one or more nights between now and June 30th, 2020:
The voucher books are handed over along with keys to the accommodation.
"The vouchers are our way, as a community, to say thank you to those who are coming to the town. Our town, like all of the others along the South Coast, took a financial blow over our summer period and this is our way of saying thank you to those who are helping us get through the months ahead".
Vouchers are available until June 30th when you book holiday accommodation with:
