Tuross Head Fishing Club news

I apologise to all fishing Club Members for providing another wet weekend for our Fishing Competition. It seems the wet weather is following us for every monthly Gob let weekend.

Hopefully next month when we head to EDEN the sun will shine upon us.

Congratulations to those you did venture out for a fish.

The Goblet fish this month was a PIGFISH which was not won and will carry over till next month.

Winners for this month were, Mens Rock and Beach was won by Merv Roberts catching a Blackfish 36.5cm worth 77.5pts.

Mens Lake and Estuary winner was Scott Westbury with a Bream 31cm worth 70.02pts.

Womens Lake and Estuary was won by Jeanie Dixon catching a very impressive Bream

45cm worth 163.4pts. Good fish Jeanie.

Junior award went to Christopher Westbury with a Salmon 35.7cm worth 44.25pts.

Mystery Fish was no. 12, Morwong was not won. No one owned up as the Turkey of the Month.

Congratulations to all winners this month. Don't forget next Monthly Fishing Competition will be the weekend we head to Eden. Nov. 18th 19th 20th. Goblet target fish will be Flathead and Pigfish will be a target fish also. If you are unable to go to Eden don't forget to send me your fish.

Presentation Night will be Saturday 26th November, reserve that date,Information on tickets and pricing for the night will be released shortly.
