Although conditional rules still apply, golf players at Tuross Head are enjoying the slight easing of  compliance needed, and hopefully are not far away from returning to normal standards.

Tuross Head Country Club men’s Saturday  stableford round resulted in a easy win for Roger Chappell with a high scoring round of 39 stableford points.

Darren Wilmouth and Paul Scholze, each scored 37 points to fill the minor placings, and Leigh Coloe with 36 points and Bruce Cleeve with 35 points were also in the leading group.

Balls were awarded down to 30 points.

Thursday’s medley stableford competition was won by Ian Lawson  with 39 points, winning on a countback from David Wooley and Herb Muriwai.

Nigel Baring 38 points and Peter Hogan 37 points also returned excellent score cards to feature in the awards.
