On yet another beautiful Tuross morning a good field of 55 players registered for the programmed 2 person Stableford Multiplier event.
Winning team on the day with a score of 42 points was the combination of Tim Starr and Les Johanson, seeing off a field many years their junior. Runners up were Teri and Steve Swanbury on 41, followed home by Anne and Bruce Ware on 36 beating home Annette and Ian Manton on the same score on count back.
Balls or chocolates were won by Frank Pomfret and Steve Collins on 36, Tony Crook and Ken Brown on 36, Peg Nevett and Len Rogers on 35, Robin and Paul Green on 35, and finally Kevin Dukes and Graham Moore also on 35.
The infamous Bradman award went to the team of Solveig Olsson and Ross Hendy, whilst nearest the pins went to Kevin Dukes on the 4th, Les Thompson on the 6th, and to Leonie Snodgrass and Ian Manton on the 7th. Leonie Snodgrass capped off a winning morning by also taking out the Accuracy award on the 5th.
