Trespassing Alert- South Coast Police District
The Rural Crime Prevention Team (RCPT) are alerting rural landholders on the South Coast to be on the lookout for unauthorised people entering private property without permission of the owner.
RCPT have been made aware of incidents on the South Coast, where people have been located on private property without the owner’s consent, portraying to be looking for vehicles or land to purchase.
If you encounter any persons trespassing on your property, request the person to leave and if possible obtain a description of the person/vehicle involved and report the matter to your local police or Crimestoppers on 1800 333 000.
