NOTE: Learner and provisional licence holders are unable to use the Speed Adviser app as they aren't permitted to use a mobile phone at all while driving. Full licence holders can use the Speed Adviser app as long as it's secured in a holder fixed to the vehicle and doesn’t obscure their view of the road.
