There were no bowls played on Sunday 10th July due to inclement weather but AGM went ahead. Thank you to all members who braved the weather to attend. It was a non-election year so executive and committee members remain the same. President Stephen Hogan, Vice-President, Terry Montgomerie, Secretary Jennie Hogan, Treasurer Tony Birmingham, committee , Barrie Stone, Tony Dobson and Dick Morley. Thank you all for the fantastic job you have done once again all year, keeping Twisties running smoothly each week , also lots of barbecue breakfasts and trips away. It was a lovely surprise for Steve and Jennie when Terry presented them with a plaque reading " Hogan's Pavilion" which has already been erected in shed.This was given in recognition for all their work and dedication over the years.

This week President Steve welcomed 21 bowlers on a very windy day which made it very hard to keep bowls running well but still some good scores. Welcome to new bowler " Smoothie " AKA Neil Mather friend of " Smiley " . Winners were those on Highest Losing Margin, Rosco and Dobbo. Dobbo selected Rink 13 to try for Jackpot, Clive Beadon cut the cards but no luck, came up with 6 of Diamonds, next week Jackpot will be $195. Other winning teams, Smiley McGregor and Tony Birmingham 16-15 Ute Krook with Val and Mark Toyer 18-16 Tricia and Brian Wheeler 26-25 Roz Greenhalgh and Patrick Wheelahan, Dave Daverin and Clive Beadon Draw.
