President Steven Hogan welcomed 32 bowlers on Sunday morning. Everyone was rugged up for an early start ,except Robbo, soon all stripped off a few layers as the sun came out to warm us up. AGM will be held on Sunday 10th July @ 8.45 . Lovely to see Dale and Ian Findlay again from Lake Conjola, they bowl at Ulladulla.
Sue Bender is another regular visitor, when unable to bowl @ Club Malua on her usual Sunday she enjoys bowling with Twisties, Winter Carnival on this week.
Congratulations Jennie and Steven Hogan on their Golden Wedding Anniversary. Happy Birthday wishes to Tony Birmingham on 24th June, not sure what number he is up to !! but do know that Brian Wheeler had his 80th Birthday on 13th.
Winners were those with Most Winning Ends, Sue Bender and Dick Morley, I bowled against Sue and she bowled a fantastic game, Dick not bad either.
Runners-up, Beth Eppleston, with Jennie Hogan and Joan Colefax sharing game. Moby Dick selected Rink 10 to try for Jackpot, Visitor Ian cut cards but no luck. Other winning teams, Madge Elliott and Steven Hogan. Russell and Ken . David Daverin and Mary Handley had a Draw with Dale and Ian Findlay. Margaret Carney and Anthony Robinson . Ruth Ebsworth and Tony Dobson.
