Due to public health concerns, The Candelo Roadshow Concerts, creative workshops and Community Concert in Narooma and Moruya this coming weekend have been regrettably cancelled. All ticket sales will be refunded in full through TryBooking and those ticket holders will be notified by email.
The Candelo Roadshow team wishes to thank those that have supported these events which will now be postponed to a later date in 2020.
In the meantime, we'll be busy creating musical video updates for our website (www.candelomusic.com) and for our Facebook & Instagram channels (@candeloroadshow).
Stay home and stay safe - See you online!
This collective of musicians and creatives from the Bega Valley township of Candelo will be touring regional NSW in 2020. Their mission is to entertain and enthuse with their musical performances and ideas in the form of a mini ‘festival of inspiration’ comprising of concerts, workshops and collaborations.
The ‘Candeloha’ concert is the Candelo Roadshows trademark event. Likened as an evening of “musical speed dating”, the talents of Candelo’s creatives are championed in this variety evening filled to the brim with music, story and heart. From acoustic folk to singer-songwriter Americana and from full band pop to spoken word performances, The ‘Candeloha’ is a celebration of the creative spirit from our very own far southeast coast performers of national acclaim and international standings.
After the Narooma ‘Candeloha’ at the Kinema, The Candelo Roadshow will be setting up camp at the Mechanics Institute in Moruya (Saturday & Sunday, March 21-22).
As well as performing on stage, they will also be offering workshops in creative practice at the Institute.
Whether you are an established artist or a school band just starting out, these workshops will be an opportunity to dive deeper into your craft with sessions on singing, songwriting, performance and rhythm on offer. There is even an Open Mic event to hone your stage craft and to share your creative voice.
The Candelo Roadshow is proudly brought to you by the Candelo Professional Musicians Association with the generous support of CreateNSW.
