Should I rescue a baby bird on the ground

Spring time means plenty of fledgling birds on the ground who are likely learning to fly - do they need help or are they under the watchful eye of their parents and would our interference perhaps be a form kidnapping? The wet and windy weather some of us are experiencing can also complicating matters If you are in any doubt - please contact your nearest wildlife rescue group for advice or assistance
