Seniors Festival photographic exhibition - Batemans Bay
When : Wednesday 1 February to Sunday 12 February 2023 10am - 5pm
Where: Batemans Bay Library, Hanging Rock Place, Batemans Bay Cost: free Explore images from Eurobodalla Photographic Club members on show at the library. Cost: free, bookings essential
Seniors aged 60 and over can come to this free workshop series to develop their technology skills.
Join us at Moruya Library for five sessions covering basic to intermediate technology skills, for a range of devices and applications.
Sessions will include question time, run as a group. Book for any session or all of them and please bring your own device.
Tech training sessions
Thursday 9 February 10.30am to 1pm: Samsung smartphone tips and tricks. Competent users of basic functions will learn about features including texting, emailing and apps.
Thursday 16 February 2.30 to 5pm: Introduction to cyber safety Beginners will learn about internet risks and recommended precautions.
Thursday 23 February 10.30am to 1pm: Staying connected Learn how to stay better connected with loved ones through an introduction to social media and video calling.
Thursday 2 March 10.30am to 1pm: Introduction to Internet and Microsoft Office Internet basics including accessing Wi-Fi, search and tips on Microsoft Word, Publisher, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
