Sculpture For Clyde: a pure gem in our midst

A perfect day saw a solid turnout of visitors today to Willinga Park, Bawley Point for the second last day of Sculpture For Clyde that finishes Sunday, September 1st at 4pm. The community run, annual, legacy event that draws entries from far and wide, vying for the attractive prize money and the prestige of exhibiting, celebrates 55 entries this year to the outdoor exhibition that are showcased in the gardens and grounds of the internationally celebrated Willinga Park right at our doorstep. The added bonus this year for visitors is the guided bus tours that have been provided allowing visitors to the Sculpture exhibition to see the grounds and buildings of Willinga Park and see first hand why it is considered one of the worlds elite equestrian venues. Sculpture for Clyde, and what a fantastic nine days it's been! Record numbers, remarkable sculptures and fabulous feedback. If you haven't been yet, come today, $5 entry, gates open 10am - 4pm.

Above: Be sure to call in to the Indoor Exhibition at the Francis Guy building in Clyde Street. Here is a taste of the entries this year. Yummy food on site with great pizza, terrific tucker, delectable ice cream plus the best coffee on the South Coast. Last day on Sept 1st 10am - 4pm. Tickets $5 can be purchased at the gate.
