After a hugely successful South Coast Fight Night in February 2023, the organisers are gearing up to bring another exciting night of local boxing to the South Coast on 8th July 2023.
One of the organisers, Lorne Heron, said "The February fight night saw 14 amateur and three professional (Australia v's Thailand) bouts showcasing great determination and commitment. The fighter's dedication to push themselves week in and week out gave us a great card of entertaining, tough bouts.
"In response to the great display of fitness and grit, there has been an overwhelming interest for a second event to be held. Many of the spots are already locked in and some exciting match ups are coming together.
"The support from the local business community was exceptional and the event would not have been possible without their support. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive both from the sponsors as well as many attendees who commented on how good it was to see the business community behind such a great event.
With the first event selling out quickly, we have already received significant interest in tickets for the July event.
"Given the high interest, this event will once again provide the opportunity for our local businesses to come on board to support the event"
For any business interesting in supporting the event Lorne says "We will be providing details of the package options in the coming weeks, with opportunities to gain direct exposure, both in the pre-event promotion and on the evening".

Hope the loony Green Councillors don’t try and ban this? I hear that the London and Sydney inner city hipsters don’t like boxing as it is violent.
