Road and Bridge closures: March 21st 2021

Heavy rain has forced the closure of the following roads and bridges in the Eurobodalla shire:


- Araluen Road at the Kiora Bridge, west of Moruya (water over bridge) NOTE: As at 9am today, Sunday, the Deua River, thirty km from Moruya, has risen 6 metres. 207mm, just over 8 inches, has been recorded in the last 5 days. This makes a total of 261mm, just over 10 inches in 10 days. - Comerang Forest Road at Silo Farm bridge, Eurobodalla, west of Bodalla (water over bridge) - Nerrigundah Mountain Road at Tyrone Bridge, Eurobodalla, west of Bodalla (water over bridge) - Clouts Road at the causeway, north Moruya (water over causeway) - Congo Road north is closed until later this week for the safety of motorists and to protect the gravel road pavement. Residents should use the sealed road, Congo Road south, via Bingie Road and the highway. Jauncey’s Bridge on Angledale Road, Angledale Pretty Point Bridge on New Buildings Road Jacksonia Grove, Bega closed to East Street Buckajo Road closed from the intersection of Daisy Hill Road to Grosses Creek Bridge.
