RMS visit to Moruya another step closer to final design

Moruya residents may have become curious to see a dozen or more visitors to the town huddle around plans and then point off into the distance. It is understood that the group were an under the radar visitation of members of Transport NSW and RMS looking over the proposed route of the Moruya bypass. Transport NSW have been holding community information sessions with a final session scheduled at the Mechanics Institute Hall, 11 Page Street, Moruya on Thursday 27 May between 2pm and 6pm where the community can meet the project team. For more information on the Moruya bypass, including the preferred strategic corridor option, and to have your say visit nswroads.work/moruyabypass The deadline to have your say on the proposed route has been extended until Monday 14 June

Above: Moruya offered up a perfect day for a bus tour of the key intersections and constraints of the proposed Moruya Bypass.
