Rehabilitation Van for Moruya Station

Fire and Rescue NSW Station 384 Moruya have taken delivery of their brand new Rehabilitation Van known as RV384.

The van is designed to support firefighters at incidents, from minor to major with Station 384 now capable of supplying firefighters and members of other agencies hot meals, hot and cold drinks and a covered area from extreme elements to sit down and recover from long duration incidents.

The van also carries an outdoor heater for cold nights, specially designed chairs for cooling down on hot days or when working in extreme heat.

They will also have the ability to set up as a small Incident Management location with supplies to support the Incident Management team.

The van will not just be covering the Moruya area, but will range from as far south as the Victorian border to Nowra in the north and west to Queanbeyan and the Snowy Mountains and will be supporting all emergency service agencies with their new capability.

NOTE: Comments were TRIALED - in the end it failed as humans will be humans and it turned into a pile of merde; only contributed to by just a handful who did little to add to the conversation of the issue at hand.
