Started today 1:31pm, last checked today 1:51pm Heavy traffic conditions. Impact:Highway closed in both directions.Diversions:Northbound: North Head Drive. Southbound diversion has not been given as yet.Attending:Transport for NSW, Emergency services Advice:Use an alternative route Allow extra travel time
