Police investigate shootings in the Bay

POLICE INVESTIGATE SHOOTINGS - BATEMANS BAY

Police are investigating three public place shootings that occurred late last night and early this morning.

Police say shots were fired into a home in Batehaven at around 11pm last night.

It's alleged shots were then fired into a home in Nelligen at around 1am, while an hour later three men were approached by another three men, armed with firearms, on the Princes Highway.

Police say an altercation followed and a man was hit in the head with the back of a firearm.

The three incidents are being investigated and anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
