An easy to use, one-stop shop for community information – that’s how Eurobodalla Council’s Kim Bush is describing a new online directory. The manager of community development said Eurobodalla’s Community Directory was a searchable listing of services, groups and community organisations across the shire.
“It’s been needed for a long time,” Ms Bush said.
“Now we’re taking the Community Directory live, with more than 600 groups and services already listed. We expect that to grow as the community contributes information.
“It will be a boon for shire residents and agencies.”
Ms Bush said the directory could be on-hand at all times.
“It’s mobile friendly, easy to use, and searchable by service type or area. Results pop up as a list or on a map,” she said.
“From there, you can save your results as a printable .PDF file, or click through to provider websites.”
Ms Bush said any not-for-profit community organisation, group, association or individual can list on the directory by completing an online form.
